Helge Folkert Meeuw is a swimmer who has competed for Germany. He competed at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

Meeuw started his Olympic career as a butterfly swimmer in Athens 2004, but he failed to reach the top eight final in any of his races. He also swam through the butterfly leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Thomas Rupprath replaced him on the German men's team that scored a silver in the final round.

Meeuw shifted his focus to backstroke double (100 and 200) four years later in Beijing, but he failed to advance from the heats in the 100 and the semifinals in the 200. London 2012 marked the critical point of Meeuw's swimming career, as he landed on the sixth spot in the 100 metres backstroke with his seasonal best time (53.48).

He is married to five-time bronze medalist Antje Buschschulte and the son of former West German swimmers Folkert Meeuw and Jutta Weber.
