Haley Cope is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. She swam through the backstroke leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Natalie Coughlin replaced her on the U.S. women's team that scored a silver in the final round. On the individual side, she dropped to last of the top eight finalists in the 100 metres backstroke.
