The men's ski slopestyle of Freestyle Skiing 2018 during the 2018 Winter Olympics was held on 18 February 2018 in the Phoenix Snow Park. With 30 athletes competing, the event was won by Oystein Braaten from Norway, with Nick Goepper from United States taking the silver medal and Alex Beaulieu-Marchand from Canada taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of two phases. The qualification phase exists out of two performances by each athlete. The twelve highest scores of the qualification qualify for the final. In the final, each participant performs three times. The best run in the final is counted. The competitor with the highest score in the final is the winner.

Thirty athletes qualified for the event with Andri Ragettli as the top seed, followed by Oystein Braaten and Oscar Wester. McRae Williams was the reigning world champion, but was only the ninth seed of the event. Norway had another strong competitor in the top few seeds with Ferdinand Dahl, but Canada and the United States also had quite a few medal contenders. Evan McEachran and Teal Harle from Canada were also among the big skiers, with Nick Goepper, Alex Hall, and previous silver medalist Gus Kenworthy from the United States in the field. Other outsiders included the bronze medalist at the world championships James Woods, Jesper Tjader, and Henrik Harlaut.
