Olympics Wiki

Field Hockey at the 1976 Summer Olympics was held from 18 to 30 July 1976 at the Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.

For the first time, the field hockey tournament was played on an artificial surface, although this would later become standard and be required by the International Hockey Federation (FIH).
