Emiliano Brembilla is a swimmer who has competed for Italy. He competed at the 1996, 2000, 2004, and 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Brembilla's major Olympic success transpired at his third Games in 2004. There, he claimed a bronze as a member of the Italian men's team in the 4x200 metres freestyle relay (7:11.83), four seconds behind the United States and Australia. His best individual result was recorded at his first Games in 1996, when he landed on the fourth spot in the 400 metres freestyle, missing the podium by almost half a second behind Daniel Kowalski.
