Emilia Eberle is a gymnast who has competed for Romania. She competed at the 1980 Summer Olympic Games.
One of the country's main medal prospects, Eberle entered the all-around final with the highest cumulative score among the Romanian women, but she dropped to sixth after a hapless fall on the balance beam routine. She also assisted the Romanian women to secure a runner-up spot behind their Soviet rivals in the team portion and claimed another silver on the uneven bars, losing the Olympic title to Maxi Gnauck of East Germany by a close margin.
