Elaine Breeden is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. She competed at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. She swam through the butterfly leg in the heats of the 4x100 metres medley relay before Christine Magnuson replaced her on the U.S. women's team that scored a silver in the final round. On the individual side, she slipped off the podium to seventh in the finals of the 200 metres butterfly and landed on the sixth spot and tenth overall in the 100.
