Elīza Tīruma is a luger who has competed for Latvia. She competed at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. She carried the flag for Latvia at the opening ceremony of Beijing 2022 together with Lauris Darzins.
She is the younger sister of Maija Tīruma and is in a relationship with Toni Eggert.
