Ed Moses is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games.
In the 100 metres breaststroke, Moses enjoyed a strong lead on the initial length of the race, but he ended up only with a silver in 1:00.73, trailing the winner Domenico Fioravanti by 0.32 seconds. He helped the U.S. men's team of Lenny Krayzelburg, Ian Crocker, and Gary Hall put together a blazing finish to defend their 4x100 metres medley relay title for the fifth time and set a new world record time (3:33.73). He also produced a fastest breaststroke split of the field (59.84), becoming the first swimmer to ever clear a minute barrier.
