Dominik Fischnaller is a luger who has competed for Italy. He competed at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. He missed the bronze medal in the men's singles at Pyeongchang 2018 by only two-thousands of a second, after running a new track record in the last run of the tournament. He won a bronze medal in the same event four years later, and tested positive for CoViD-19 on the day after he won his medal, leaving him unable to compete in the team relay.

He is the cousin of Kevin Fischnaller, and he is married to American luger Emily Sweeney.
