The men's synchronized springboard of Diving 2020 during the 2020 Summer Olympics was held on 28 July 2021 in the Tokyo Aquatics Centre. With 8 pairs competing, the event was won by Wang Zongyuan and Xie Siyi from China, with Andrew Capobianco and Michael Hixon from United States taking the silver medal and Patrick Hausding and Lars Rudiger from Germany taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of a final round in which all pairs perform six dives from a height of three metres which are scored based on execution and synchronization. The pair with the highest total score after six dives is the winner of the event.

Eight pairs qualified for the event with the Chinese pair of Wang Zongyuan and Xie Siyi as big favorites for the title, with China having dominated the sport at the Olympic Games for 30 years. Great Britain won silver at the most recent world championships, ahead of Mexico, but Michael Hixon was the defending silver medalist with the United States. Germany was the reigning European champion, with Italy having finished fourth, with 2019 European champions ROC and host nation Japan completing the field.
