David de Pina is a boxer who has competed for Cape Verde. He competed at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He became the first Cape Verdean athlete to ever win an Olympic medal when he claimed a bronze in the men's flyweight boxing at Paris 2024. He was also selected to carry the flag for Cape Verde during the Paris 2024 opening ceremony with Djamila Silva.
