David Wilson is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. He competed at the 1984 Summer Olympic Games.
Wilson finished second behind his teammate Richard Carey by 0.56 of a second in the 100 metres backstroke final. He also contributed to the American men's gold-medal triumph in the 4x100 metres medley relay by swimming through the backstroke leg in the heats.
