Daniel Jorgensen is a swimmer who has competed for the United States. He competed at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympic Games.
Jorgensen swam through the second leg in the heats of the men's 4x200 metres freestyle relay at his Olympic debut in 1988 and witnessed his teammates set a new world record for their title defense in the final. He also received a bronze as a member of the U.S. team in the same relay race four years later, swimming again in the heats.
He is the older brother of Seoul 1988 distance-freestyle swimmer Lars Jorgensen.
