The women's track madison of Cycling 2024 during the 2024 Summer Olympics was held on 10 August 2024 in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome. With 16 pairs competing, the event was won by Chiara Consonni and Vittoria Guazzini from Italy, with Elinor Barker and Neah Evans from Great Britain taking the silver medal and Lisa van Belle and Maike van der Duin from Netherlands taking bronze.

Format

The competition exists out of a race of 120 laps, with points being able to be won at every of the 12 sprints. Each team consists out of two competitors, who alternate turns in the race, with each given point in time having only one member of team in the race. The team with the most points after 120 laps is the winner of the event.
