The women's bmx race of Cycling 2024 during the 2024 Summer Olympics was held on 1–2 August 2024 in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome. With 24 athletes competing, the event was won by Saya Sakakibara from Australia, with Manon Veenstra from Netherlands taking the silver medal and Zoe Claessens from Switzerland taking bronze.

Format

The competition exists out of three rounds, each with races of up to eight boats. In each round, the top few with the fastest time advance to the next round. The fastest competitor in the final is the winner of the event.
