The men's track madison of Cycling 2024 during the 2024 Summer Olympics was held on 10 August 2024 in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome. With 15 pairs competing, the event was won by Iuri Leitao and Rui Oliveira from Portugal, with Simone Consonni and Elia Viviani from Italy taking the silver medal and Niklas Larsen and Michael Moerkoev from Denmark taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of a race of 200 laps, with points being able to be won at every of the 20 sprints. Each team consists out of two competitors, who alternate turns in the race, with each given point in time having only one member of team in the race. The team with the most points after 200 laps is the winner of the event.
