The women's relay of Cross-Country Skiing 2018 during the 2018 Winter Olympics was held on 17 February 2018 in the Alpensia Cross-Country Skiing Centre. With 14 teams competing, the event was won by the team from Norway, with Sweden taking the silver medal and Olympic Athletes from Russia taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of each athlete conducting two rounds of 2.5 kilometres, with the first two athletes of each team conducting their laps in the classic technique, and the last two athletes using the free technique. The team with the fastest time after 4x5 kilometres is the winner.

Fourteen teams qualified for this event, with Norway as the favorites, followed closely by Sweden and Finland. Germany was the other country to have won a medal in this event four years prior, but some of the other teams were also very strong, including the United States, the Olympic Athletes from Russia, and Switzerland. Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Olympic Athletes from Russia were the four countries to have won a medal in women's cross-country skiing so far, and especially the first three were the big favorites to continue this in the relay.
