Christian Tröger is a swimmer who has competed for Germany. He competed at the 1992, 1996, and 2000 Summer Olympic Games.

Troger claimed a bronze medal as a member of the German team in the men's 4x100 metres freestyle relay at his Olympic debut in 1992. He soon helped his teammates Mark Pinger and twins Björn and Bengt Zikarsky repeat their feat on the same relay race four years later in Atlanta. He also shared his third bronze with Aimo Heilmann, Christian Keller, and Steffen Zesner in the final round of the men's 4x200 metres freestyle relay.
