Cesar Abaroa has competed for Chile

Cesar Abaroa is a rower who has competed for Chile. He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympic Games.

He made his Olympic debut in Tokyo in 2021, in which he competed in the lightweight double sculls competition with Eber Sanhueza. They finished fifth in the third heat, almost thirty seconds behind qualification for the semifinals and instead advanced to the repechages. In this round, they once again finished fifth, but this time being almost five seconds faster, and twelve seconds behind qualification for the semifinals. They went ahead to row to the second place in the C final, seven seconds behind Afonso Costa and Pedro Fraga to finish 14th in the competition.
