Carlos Abarca González was a boxer who competed for Chile. He competed at the 1924 Summer Olympic Games. He passed away on an unspecified date.
He was one of four boxers representing Chile in 1924, and the only one to do so in the featherweight competition. In the first round, he was set against Gustaf Bergman, which he won on points. A similar story unfolded in the second round against Emilio Bautista Cachaza, who had a bye in the first round, but once again the Chilean boxer won on points. The quarterfinal against Jackie Fields was lost on points, with the American going on to become the first non-European Olympic champion in the weight class.
