Breaking has been featured since Paris 2024, and it exists out of two events. It is the first dance event to be featured at the Olympic Games, though it has been featured at the Youth Olympic Games since 2018. The even will take place from August 9 to 11. The event features separate dates and sections for b-girls and b-boys. The total number of competitors is 32, with 16 breakers per gender.[1]
