The women's middleweight of Boxing 2020 during the 2020 Summer Olympics was held on 25 July-8 August 2021 in the Kokugikan Arena. With 16 athletes competing, the event was won by Lauren Price from Great Britain, with Li Qian from China taking the silver medal and Nouchka Fontijn from Netherlands and Zenfira Magomedalieva from ROC taking bronze.
The competition exists out of a single elimination tournament, with athletes competing against each other in a head-to-head format. Each contest consists of three rounds of three minutes, with the knockout draw based on a seeding system. After nine minutes, the competitor with the highest number of points advances to the next round. The athlete with the most points in the final wins the event.
