Basque Pelota has only been featured at the 1900 Summer Olympics. It has been featured as a demonstration sport three times, during Paris 1924, Mexico City 1968 and Barcelona 1992.
Spain and France both have won a medal in basque pelota. No bronze medal was awarded, as there were only two participating teams.
