Bart Swings is a speed skater who has competed for Belgium. He competed at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. He was the first speed skater from Belgium to win an Olympic medal when he won silver in 2018. Four years later, he was the first speed skater from Belgium to win an Olympic gold medal.
