The women's pole vault of Athletics 2024 during the 2024 Summer Olympics was held on 5–7 August 2024 in the Stade de France. With 30 athletes competing, the event was won by Nina Kennedy from Australia, with Katie Moon from United States taking the silver medal and Alysha Newman from Canada taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of two separate rounds. In the qualification, each competitor attempts to jump over a bar set at a certain height, with three failed attempts at the same height ending their competition. After four set heights, the twelve best performance advance to the final, including athletes tied for twelfth place. In the final, the qualified athletes once again attempt to jump over a certain height, but contrary to the qualification, the competition is continued until only a single competitor remains.
