Arvi Aavik is a wrestler who has competed for Estonia. He competed at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
He first competed at the freestyle heavyweight wrestling competition in 1992, where he was barely eliminated in the qualification round in group A. After a decisive victory against Manabu Nakanishi with a fall, he lost the next two bouts against Subhash Verma and Heiko Balz based on points. He was also scheduled to wrestle against Kazem Gholami, but the bout was forfeited and he was eliminated. Based on points, he would have finished sixth in the group with the first five advancing to the final group.
Four years later, the format of the competition was changed to a knockout system as opposed to group stages, and he was put in the first round against Daniel Sanchez. He beat the wrestler from Puerto Rico with a fall, after which he was put against Konstantin Aleksandrov. After a close bout, losing with the minimal difference, he was left to the repechages in the hopes of a bronze medal. However, he lost in his first round of the repechages against Wilfredo Morales Suarez and finished just outside of the top 10 in the final classification once again.
