The women's duet of Artistic Swimming 2024 during the 2024 Summer Olympics was held on 9–10 August 2024 in the Paris Aquatics Centre. With 18 pairs competing, the event was won by Wang Liuyi and Wang Qianyi from China, with Kate Shortman and Isabelle Thorpe from Great Britain taking the silver medal and Bregje de Brouwer and Noortje de Brouwer from Netherlands taking bronze.
Format[]
The competition exists out of two separate rounds. The qualification consists of a free routine and a technical routine, of which both are scored by independent judges. The 12 duets with the highest combined score advance to a final session, in which another free routine is performed. The duo with the highest combined score of the final free routine and the preliminary technical routine wins the competition.

Eighteen pairs qualified for the event. In the absence of the Russian team, the top contenders would likely be from China as the pair that won a silver medal at Rio de Janeiro 2016 and Tokyo 2020, and a gold at the most recent world championships.
