Anna Kozlova is a synchronized swimmer who has competed for the Unified Team and the United States.
She competed at the 1992, 2000, and 2004 Summer Olympic Games. She placed fourteenth in the qualification of the solo synchronized swimming event in 1992, but only a single competitor representing a nation was allowed to advance to the free routine; Kozlova was ranked as third-highest swimmer representing the Unified Team.
