Andrew Astbury is a swimmer who has competed for Great Britain. He competed at the 1980 and 1984 Summer Olympic Games.

Astbury started his Olympic career with a sixth-place feat as a member of the British men's 4x200 metres freestyle relay team at Moscow 1980. Four years later in Los Angeles, he helped his teammates Paul Howe, Neil Cochran, and Paul Easter set their British record for the bronze in the same relay race, lagging nine seconds behind the American hosts and West Germans. On the individual side, he only reached the B-finals of the distance-freestyle double (200 and 400).
