Amantle Montsho is a track and field athlete who has competed for Botswana.
She competed at the 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2020 Summer Olympic Games. In 2004, she became the first woman to represent Botswana at the Olympic Games. She was also selected to carry the flag for Botswana during the London 2012 and Tokyo 2020 opening ceremonies, the latter of which with Rajab Otukile Mahommed.
