The Alpensia Sliding Centre (알펜시아 슬라이딩 센터) is located close to the three Alpensia venues, being the Alpensia Biathlon Centre, the Alpensia Cross-Country Skiing Centre, and the Alpensia Ski Jumping Centre. The venue was opened in 2017, and it was the first sliding centre in South Korea, and only the second sliding centre in Asia, after the one built for Nagano 1998.
The venue was used for the highest number of different sports during the Olympic Games, hosting all the Bobsleigh, Luge and Skeleton events.
