Alina Lohvynenko is a track and field athlete who has competed for Ukraine. She competed at the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Summer Olympic Games. She originally finished fourth as a member of Ukrainian women's team in the 4x400 metres relay race at London 2012, but they were promoted to the bronze-medal spot in 2017 when the runner-up Russia was disqualified for an anti-doping violation on turinabol. Four years later in Rio de Janeiro, she and Ukrainian women's team landed on the fifth spot in the same race but one of their members tested positive for a human growth hormone, resulting to their disqualification.
