Alice Mills is a swimmer who has competed for Australia. She competed at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Mills started her Olympic career in Athens 2004. On the first day of the competition, she helped the Australians scored a gold with a new world record time (3:35.94) in the women's 4x100 metres freestyle relay for the first time in 48 years. She also added another gold in the women's 4x100 metres medley relay by swimming through the freestyle leg in the heats.

Mills has continued to be a member of the Australian swimming squad at Beijing 2008. There, she and her teammates beat the fast-pacing Chinese women to lock the podium with a bronze and an Oceanian record time (3:35.05) in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay.

She sought her third Olympic bid in London, but she retired from competitive swimming in June 2012.

She is married to two-time Olympian and backstroke swimmer Gregor Tait.
