Ali Idow Hassan is a track and field athlete who has competed for Somalia.
He competed at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He was selected to carry the Somalian flag during the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 opening ceremonies, the first of which with Ramla Said Ahmed Ali.
