Aksel Lund Svindal is an alpine skier who has competed for Norway. He competed at the 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018 Winter Olympic Games. He became the oldest Olympic champion in alpine skiing ever, being over 35 years old when he also became the first Norwegian Olympic champion in the downhill event at Pyeongchang 2018.

He was in a relationship with Julia Mancuso, although they broke up in 2013.
