Adriana Dounavska is a gymnast who has competed for Bulgaria. She competed at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games.
Dounavska, along with Soviet gymnasts Marina Lobatch and Alexandra Timoshenko, attained perfect 10s on all of their routines during the all-around final. A tenth of a point discrepancy on the club routine from the qualifying stage, however, cost Dounavska a victory, ending her only with a silver behind Lobatch by a fraction.
