Érick Barrondo is a track and field athlete who has competed for Guatemala. He competed at the 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He became the first Guatemalan athlete to win an Olympic medal when he received a silver in the men's 20 kilometres walk at London 2012.

He is the cousin of race walkers Bernardo Uriel and José Alejandro Barrondo. He is also married to three-time Olympic race walker Mirna Ortiz.
